Qur'an Ayah of the day, 15 Rabi Al Thani 1447

If they had observed the Torah and the Gospel and that which was revealed unto them from their Lord, they would surely have been nourished from above them and from beneath their feet. Among them there are people who are moderate, but many of them are of evil conduct.

Surah Al-Maaida(5:66)

Hadith of the day, 15 Rabi Al Thani 1447

Sahih al-Bukhari

Prayer at Night (Tahajjud)

Chapter: It is disliked to exaggerate in matters of worship

Narrated 'Aisha:

A woman from the tribe of Bani Asad was sitting with me and Allah's Apostle (p.b.u.h) came to my house and said, "Who is this?" I said, "(She is) So and so. She does not sleep at night because she is engaged in prayer." The Prophet (ﷺ) said disapprovingly: Do (good) deeds which is within your capacity as Allah never gets tired of giving rewards till you get tired of doing good deeds."

Sahih al-Bukhari 1151
