Qur'an Ayah of the day, 14 Shaban 1383

Lo! those who hide aught of the Scripture which Allah hath revealed and purchase a small gain therewith, they eat into their bellies nothing else than fire. Allah will not speak to them on the Day of Resurrection, nor will He make them grow. Theirs will be a painful doom.

Surah Al-Baqara(2:174)

Sahih al-Bukhari

Oneness, Uniqueness of Allah (Tawheed)

Chapter: The Prophet (saws) called As-Salat a deed and said, “Whoever does not recite Al-Fatiha of the Book in his Salat, his Salat is invalid

Narrated Ibn Mas`ud:

A man asked the Prophet (ﷺ) "What deeds are the best?" The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "(1) To perform the (daily compulsory) prayers at their (early) stated fixed times, (2) to be good and dutiful to one's own parents, (3) and to participate in Jihad in Allah's Cause."
