And He it is Who spread out the earth and placed therein firm hills and flowing streams, and of all fruits He placed therein two spouses (male and female). He covereth the night with the day. Lo! herein verily are portents for people who take thought.

Hadith of the day, 17 Rajab 1454

Sahih al-Bukhari

Oneness, Uniqueness of Allah (Tawheed)

Chapter: “Some faces that Day shall be Nadirah. Looking at their Lord.”

Narrated Jarir:

We were sitting with the Prophet (ﷺ) and he looked at the moon on the night of the full-moon and said, "You people will see your Lord as you see this full moon, and you will have no trouble in seeing Him, so if you can avoid missing (through sleep or business, etc.) a prayer before sunrise (Fajr) and a prayer before sunset (`Asr) you must do so." (See Hadith No. 529, Vol. 1)
